Editing feed settings

You can edit feed settings from the Feed Control management interface. Choose "Feeds" from the left navigation and you'll see a list of your feeds.

Click the feed you want to edit to load it.

The settings are split across 4 tabs:

• Source - details of the source feed, including how often it's checked.
• Alerts/Integrations - email alert and integration settings.
• Filters - used to exclude items based on keyword(s) and URL segments.
• Generate RSS/JSON - determine how RSS and JSON files are published for the feed.

To edit these settings, use the edit button at the top right.

To delete all the feed items stored for the feed, or to refresh the feed manually to have new items retrieved, use the actions menu.

To delete the feed itself as well as all its items, use the trash can button.

Note: you cannot undo these actions. If you'd like Feed Control to stop updating a feed temporarily, use the edit button and de-activate the feed. You can then re-activate it a later time.
